Return Policy
We will not accept products back due to one or more of the following reasons:
Some products may be sent direct from the manufacturer (drop-shipped), however the correct address to send ANY/ALL items purchased from SupportsUSA.com for returns is:

The manufacturer will NOT notify us of the return, or refund your account. We cannot track an item for return that has been sent to any address other than the above.
If you are EXCHANGING an item for a different size or another product, the restocking fee will be waived. YOU MUST notify us of the exchange at the time you ask for a Return Authorization. Customer is responsible for shipping a clean and unused product back to us, in the original package with the instruction sheet. Either Call 800-803-2352 During Business Hours (8-6 Mon-Fri) or
Email Us and Include your Name, and Ask for Your Return Authorization number
Please have your Invoice number when you call for your return. If you Email us, include the name the order was placed under and the invoice number, we cannot find your order without the invoice number.
Please include a copy of your invoice when you send your item back or we will not be able to identify it and credit you.
